Oh my, that’s weird & confusing: Compiling the source without ports enables all
options the mlt7-port offers - except "RUBBERBAND". And it compiles those
options without having ports installed that are added by the ports tree if
those options are enabled there…

Turning all those mlt7 options on results in a Kdenlive complaining 120 (!)
missing plugins, but: Everything expected is available and: works.

Everything needed to get a usable Kdenlive version is to enable the option
"NORMALIZE" to multimedia/mlt7. The Kdenlive versions on Windows or Debian
don’t offer anything more, so: The problem is solved by just adding "NORMALIZE"
to mlt7 (whatever that option does).

So that was a mlt7 problem.
