usr/lib/libpowerdevilcore.so is unversioned. It should either gain a
version e.g. with
set_target_properties(powerdevilcore PROPERTIES VERSION
${GENERIC_LIB_VERSION} SOVERSION ${GENERIC_LIB_SOVERSION} )
and maintain binary compatility in line with that version or it should
be treated as a plugin and moved to /usr/lib/kde4/libpowerdevilcore.so
