I tried compiling kscreen from http://download.kde.org/stable/kscreen/1.0/src/kscreen-1.0.tar.bz2
The tar file does not contain a README and no INSTALL file explaining how to build and install. Also the standard: ./configure && make && sudo make install does not work.
