I just updated the status page at http://i18n.kde.org/teams/kde2-beta-status.html.
It says that 73.5% of kdebase was translated to Makedonian. But the 80%
thing was never meant to exclude teams fromthe beta who are actively
working on their stuff and make visible progress with it. Especially
considering the fact that all translation teams had to work on short
notice this time and that all packages were included.
I would therefore suggest that not only the 23 teams from the last beta
round will be included this time, but also mk (Makedonian) and pl
(Polish). I'm attaching the complete list below.
