The infrastructure will be ready November 17th (1). After that you are welcome, although I should advise to talk to the release-team, cause they have to package from git after you have moved. I don't see a reason why you should go before all the others who are waiting, like kde-edu or the dozen or so extragear projects. We made a schedule to have a fluent introduction.
