The chat area doesn't receive Page Down and Page Up presses and thus doesn't
scroll. The send message box gets them instead.
Reproducible: Didn't try
Actual Results:
Nothing happened when pressing Page Down or Page Up.
Expected Results:
The chat area scrolls.
