Currently the context menu takes groups from contact's account, but once the
GroupsModel is in place, it should offer all the present groups (even those
from different account) and it should be possible to move the contact between
them (ie. check if the group exists in that account, if not - create it).
The problem is when the view is switched to non-groups view. Should we still
offer all the groups or should then there be only account groups?
