There is at least 6 languages that translated the contact list totally
http://l10n.kde.org/stats/gui/trunk-kde4/po/telepathy-contactslist-prototype.po/
but they are not being shipped with the 0.1 tarballs, seems a bit of a waste
and would be good if you packaged them in the next version.
