We would like to rename playground/network/telepathy/telepathy-chat-handler
to playground/network/telepathy/telepathy-text-ui to match the executable name.
It is in bugzilla as the component "telepathy-chat-ui", ideally could this also
be renamed to "telepathy-text-ui" for complete consistency.
