The question is "Are we going to release a 0.3.1 and a 0.3.2? If yes when?"
We could have a monthly bug fix release like KDE and feature release
every 3 months, i.e. something like
0.3 - 25th Jan
0.3.1 - ~25th Feb
0.3.2 - ~25th March
0.4RC - ~25th April
0.4 - ~10th May
[...]
0.5 - Together with KDE 4.9
Another issue... We have several modules, and there is a very high
chance that some of them won't get any bug fix. Are we supposed to
release them as well, by tagging the same commit twice?
