When adding a new account, the 'Help' button on the protocol selection page
does nothing when clicked.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
Open account manager
Click on 'Add Account'
Click on 'Help'
Actual Results:
Nothing happens
Expected Results:
khelpcenter opens
