Rationale: the list will look more unified, because all the avatars are
actually a full rectangle images while the pawn is a pawn with
transparent background and as such breaks the consistency in the avatars
column. Also I think the blue pawn stands out too much as the photos
are, well, 2d photos while the pawn has a 3d look, so it does not fit.
It kind of make sense, but I'd rather ask the oxygen team to provide an
icon for that...
I made a quick test using the "user-identity" and it does not look bad...
