Review request for Telepathy.
Description
-------
Fixed Ctrl+Q shortcut for application quit by adding action to main window.
Also moved telepathy initialization to setupTelepathy() and toolbar
initialization to setupToolBar().
Dual actions moved to setupActions() method.
This addresses bug 284793.
