Testing
-------

Built ktp-call-ui (with another set of changes to support detecting if dtmf is 
working) and called a couple of sip test numbers [email protected] and 
[email protected] to try the hold, mute, and dtmf buttons.

The Icons couple probably be better. It would be nice if the mute button 
toggled between showing sound lines & nothing, and the use of a phone icon to 
represent the dialpad was non obvious when I showed the UI to someone else in 
my house.
