I added an extra criteria to the section Criteria to qualify as an "Extra Mile Bug" (EMB) on our main wiki page, namely:
* Agreement from the maintainer I'm CC'ing this ML as we had originally all decided these as a group, and I don't really want to be seen to be making random changes on my own. I'm adding this because of a bug being (previously) in the extra mile list: https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=303859. There's nothing wrong with this as a bug report, and at the time of reporting perfectly reasonable to assign it to extra mile. But now, there's clearly some discussion as to who is right. Which again is normal and it all looks fairly friendly. However I don't want us as a team to be advertising in our lists of extra mile bugs "Hey, someone go change the behaviour of this" against the will of the maintainer. We should watch for these and remove the tag if there's any dispute.
