Ok, done so (with Martin Klapetek here with me). I think you need an extra sentence at the top to explain what Extra Mile is as well as the link back to the previous post. You can just copy and paste. I'd include the criteria of an extra mile bug here too, and a rationale as to why this project exists (to make KDE awesome).
I'd consider adding "fixing the extra mile bugs" to the bullet point list. I think the main part of Extra Mile is to make people hack outside their comfort zone and fix bits on all the projects.
