I am using MSV2008 for LyX development and it seems that there are some
compatibility problems with the MSVC2005 generated Qt libraries; two
times out of three, Windows (Vista) tells me that the entry point for
[EMAIL PROTECTED]@@QAE_NXZ is missing in QtCore4.dll.

Too bad :-/

IMHO your installer has a great potential to become a de facto standard
for free software distribution in general. I know that Windows users are
used to installer for every little program but I reckon there is a need
for a consistent packaging system "à la" cygwin. That's why I asked.

Another question, would it be possible to also include the Qt debug
libraries (QtCore4d, etc)?

Thanks for the answer,
Abdel.
