BTW,
kdelibs-branch (e4) and kdelib trunk since r827315 contain changes that allows
to work with both the original and the patched windbus.
When checking for "our" version of dbus in KUniqueApplication::start(), we
depend on existence of dbus_kde_patch symbol in {lib}dbus-1{d}.
I'll send updated patch for dbus trunk later.
