I found another way...
Delete directory $KDE4_INSTALL_DIR\share\apps\amarok\scripts\librivox_service 
and its contents.

That's strange: that workaround worked fine for me and for other people 
using Amarok for Windows XP:

Are you running Windows Vista by chance?

Try to check this options:

[Librivox.org]
Librivox.orgEnabled=false

[Plugins]
Amarok Script ConsoleEnabled=false
Cool StreamsEnabled=false
Librivox.orgEnabled=false
LyricWikiEnabled=true

[ScriptManager]
Running Scripts=Lyricwiki

This is part of my configuration file (I use the text applet, if you 
don't remove the Lyricwiki from Running Scripts and put LyricWikiEnabled 
to false).

Hope it helps, if not you should probably wait for a stabler version.
