What would you think about defining another tool (in techbase?),
namely a word that is easily searchable through lxr.kde.org, e.g.:

// TODO_WINDOWS_PORT

We can then enumerate global KDE todos related to the porting efforts
by executing http://lxr.kde.org/search?filestring=&string=TODO_WINDOWS_PORT
