KDE Software Collection 4.4.0 packages are uploaded to winkde.org mirror and will soon be available from other mirrors too. As well included are digikam/kipi-plugins and konversation in their most recent releases. When looking at the package list in the installer, you will see that there are uncheckable packages for kdegraphics, kdesdk and kdegames.
