Hi, I've opened this bug in response to commit 1216072 which disables all documentation building when compiling trunk sources.

We belive the problem is with libxml2 or even win-iconv since it appeared first around the time we switched libxml2 to use win-iconv? Does building libxml2 from source help, as we suggested to some in IRC?
