For digikam and at least kate as well, the apps do not honour the selected one
in the systemsettings, but use the system one.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
install digikam on a system where German is standard language & install german
and french language package. In systemsettings, make french the default
application language.
Actual Results:
Digikam is still started in German.
Expected Results:
Digikam should use French instead.
