emerge kdewin-installer
for the static executable (it will compile a static qt library before) use
emerge kdewin-installer-static
To install a single application the resulting executable has to be
copied or renamed to the following pattern
setup-<packagename>.exe
setup-<packagename>[-<compiler>].exe
setup-<packagename>[[-<compiler>]-<releasetype>].exe
setup-<packagename>[[[-<compiler>]-<releasetype>]-<version>].exe
setup-<packagename>[[[[-<compiler>]-<releasetype>]-<version>]-<mirror>].exe
