issue 1: in the 4.7.4 release there are packages with incomplete
compiler specifications:
vlc-x86-1.1.11-bin.tar.bz2

vlc-x64-1.1.11-bin.tar.bz2

issue 2: There are compiler specific packages
vlc-vc100-1.1.11-bin.tar.bz2

vlc-x86-mingw4-1.1.11-bin.tar.bz2

issue 3: The version string of the following package

do not fit into the supported version scheme
issue 4: In config.txt there are references to the ghostscript-vc100,
ghostscript-x86-mingw4 and ghostscript-x64-mingw4 package.
In the release there are
ghostscript-9.00-bin.tar.bz2
<http://www.winkde.org/pub/kde/ports/win32/releases/stable/4.7.4/ghostscript-9.00-bin.tar.bz2>
ghostscript-x64-9.00-bin.tar.bz2
<http://www.winkde.org/pub/kde/ports/win32/releases/stable/4.7.4/ghostscript-x64-9.00-bin.tar.bz2>
which does not fit into the naming scheme
