Soooo, I chose the 64-bit MinGW4 compiler and everything else like last time. I only chose to install Kile, Okular, and Kate. I did notice that I did not receive any checksum download errors this time. Sooo, I dunno, I will uninstall and try to reinstall on the other machine to see if it fixes the problem.
