Best solution is to remove the directories %KDEROOT%\dev-utils\git and
%KDEROOT%\build\dev-util\git-1.7.4 by hand from inside the explorer. The
file access rights are somehow messed up with git, no idea why& how to
fix that easily.
commit 4b70d1f688988a74e0a08e6112c42eb5aa10e252 in emerge trunk fixed
issues in this area. Not sure if this patch has been applied to other
branches.
