Is kde/win ever updated? If it is, then (a) how do you know about it,
and (b) how do you install the upgrade?
Does kde/win permit other Linux programs to run in Windows? If so, how
do you install them? Do they come as rpms, or what?
this question is occasioned by two questions that come to mind:
1. Is there something like recoll that runs in Windows--either natively
or a port from Linux?
2. will there be an update to KSnapshot that *works*?
