otherwise, rocs complains of missing KDE text editor (katepart) on startup.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. only install kdeedu
2. try to run rocs
Actual Results:
rocs complains "A KDE Text Editor couldn't be found, please, check your
installation."
Expected Results:
kate is automatically installed, and rocs runs
