Hello,
today, I just logged in to my system as I regularly do. Then that "Splash
screen" while KDE starts up seemed to have frozen. After a click to this splash
screen, I got a desktop with a error message as background (see Subject).
After two tries to log out the plasma desktop crashed with a segmentation fault.
I tried to report that as bug using the wizard, but it only told me that the
information is not interesting for sending this as a bug report.
As logging out failed, I killed X completely and restarted kdm. The next login
worked well.
Is there some information logged to somewhere that could be interesting for you
to find out if this is a known bug?
