And obviously, that is what I was talking about. This attempt to change what KDE is, which I don't fully understand, isn't really relevant to the question.

If we take what Kevin says as a fact, then it is just begging the question and then we need to talk about the Desktop and associated applications produced by KDE, the software vendor.
