The process of building these packages started on Fedora's RPM Fusion

As you can see, we have seriously problems with MLT and Kdenlive under F10
with Segmentation Faults.
This Faults appearing only on F10 (I did not test under F9) but not on F11.
For now we can only speculating why is that...
