I can't see any comment from Dan Dennedy there (didn't read the comments 
though, just the names) and he's the only MLT developer as far as I can tell 
from MLT's SVN history:
http://mlt.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/mlt/trunk/mlt/

So whoever acts like a MLT developer, if it's not Dan Dennedy, he's an 
imposer. RPMFusion's Bugzilla isn't even the official bug tracker. The 
official one is here:

When you find a bug in MLT, use the official bug tracker and not some random 
3rd party one that isn't even observed by Dan. :-)
