I think I have figured it out. I had the "display aspect ratio" set for 1 and 
1. I changed that to 1280 and 720. I'm not sure what to do with "pixel aspect 
ratio". Should I leave it a t 1 and 1 or change it to 1280 and 720?

I'm still having issues with resolution. If I take an mpg video and render it 
as mp4 at 8000k it shows up at like 340x something. It should be full screen or 
full frame. The default profile is 1280x720. Again, It works fine if I use 
flash output. 

How do I render video at 1280x720 in other formats like mp4?
