i made some changes for the titler, so that we can use templates and newstuff
for more title templates.
some issues are in:
- template will be loaded after change, no matter what is done until
now (needs check for change)
-thumb of title is not now using signal/slot for processing
-layout of template in titlewidget may not be optimal.
if some has any hints or idea to put this into kdenlive, please let me know.
if all issues are gone, it will be merged in later after 0.7.7 release.
