Looks like this is caused by an odd file format created by slowing down a
720p60 clip to 720p30 with ffmpeg:

Created a new project in kdenlive, added that file and created two color clips.
Moved all of them to the timeline. Then I played with the files on time line:
move them around one by one and in selected groups, from one track to another,
shortened them, moved in and out poits around, play the timeline etc and after
a few minutes I can see this:

There's propably a lot wrong with the slow motion clip, but I have no idea
how to fix it.
