It depends. If you would merely translate the manual, then currently is perhaps not the right moment since the manual is not up-to-date. Ideally we should start an english version of the manual in the userbase, try to keep it as up-to-date as possible, and translate from this version to other languages. (Like kdenlive itself.) I started a page on the userbase for discussing the manual structure: http://userbase.kde.org/Kdenlive/Organization Please everybody add your suggestions if you have some :) Then we should find people helping us with writing the manual. But I think it is a good idea to have some kind of framework first such that possible co-authors don't feel too lost. I also noticed that I started every line with an «I», but this is just a detail.
