Hi Dan, you did an really awesome job with the build-kdenlive.sh script! Everything was downloading/configuring/making/installing fine! Just one little thing: Due to my Lucid comes with kde 4.4.5 and the function setAlphaChannelEnabled needs version >= 4.5 the compilation failed. (obviously it should be in the upper #if block) I am not sure what function was used for enable/disable AlphaChannel prior to kde 4.5 so I just commented the line 95-98 of kdenlive/src/kdenlive/src/titlewidget.cpp to //rectBColor->setAlphaChannelEnabled(false); //rectFColor->setAlphaChannelEnabled(false); //fontColorButton->setAlphaChannelEnabled(false); //textOutlineColor->setAlphaChannelEnabled(false); Maybe you could clarify this in the next version - if not already done.
