Thanks a lot Evert Vorster for trying to help. I don´t compile myself from git I get it from sunab´s ppa.
I had the problem before and it is caused by wrong combinations of MLT, freir and kdenlive but the possible combinations are endless. I have to down grade some stuff and lock versions afterwards. Just installing the latest did never work for me. Now I have some stuff downgraded and the proxies are created but on the timeline only stills are shown and no moving video.
