I am looking at it, and the problem seems to be in the align command. It does 
not successfully move the clip from 42s to 0s (the clip is moved in the 
Kdenlive timeline but seems to be deleted from the MLT track playlist...)

I am going to have a closer look at the source to find the problem, will post 
the results asap.
