We should all be using the same OS and development platform.  JB, can you publish a quick spec. that details your dev. box?  The doc. should be posted online somewhere too.

However, I will need more help building the KF5 version. Could not get it build even on a kubuntu 15.04 beta virtual machine.

Having a "daily build" version of the KF5 version would be handy.
