You can register project on https://www.transifex.net/projects/add/ Then add address for POT (when there is no string freeze I am updating POT once in 2 weeks): http://kdenlive.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/kdenlive/trunk/kdenlive/po/kdenlive.pot and import French translation. Split untranslated (unrevised) strings and upload your versions to tx.net (old strings will be rewritten, empty string cannot replace non-empty translation) or use Lotte online translation with blocking of translation (be careful it's buggy). When the work will be finished just send translation (PO) to this list and somebody commit it in 24 hours (theoretically). The same can be applied to future KDE translation system (just change project address to https://projects.kde.org/projects/extragear/multimedia/kdenlive). The only difference is that the review from KDE French Translation Team will be needed to commit. Hope this helps. > 2011/8/8 Vincent PINON <vincent.pinon at st.com> > >> James wrote: >> > I would love to help translate Kdenlive to FR and on the website it >> > says that you would prefer that we become registered svn writers so >> > that we can push the translations ourselves.
