[Kdenlive-devel] NTSC DV rendering STILL broken

I thought this was fixed already? I see it was fixec for AVI only, not
Raw DV as well.

DV NTSC 4:3 or 16:9 takes pix_fmt yuv411p, not yuv420p regardless of
container format.
