You right about the profile, there's nothing specific to Nokia. cif_15 profile worked fine for the editing part. What Kdenlive misses now is an export profile capable to export to vcodec=mpeg4+acodec=libfaac. Nokia phones does not play videos like libx264+mp3. I'v edited kdenlive's export/profiles.xml adding that export profile (patch attached).
