I did not enquire and don't > know wether this is possible or not. Eh, yeah, I have been looking into this, and it may be possible, but not very pleasant. The integration using today's interfaces is quite ugly involving generating temp files and launching a headless blender process potentially for each frame. Some more analysis is required.
