I checked in some new features today to the Composite transition. A few notes:
- fetch latest MLT from svn - the kdenlive change triggers a segfault when a property is empty string. - Alpha Channel Operation determines what happens when video in both tracks have an alpha channel. So, don't expect much unless you have that. - The Luma options are nice for picture-in-picture. However, it will not appear to work until you keyframe changes in opacity. IOW, the opacity level determines the progress through the luma wipe. For example, imagine you fade in and out a picture-in-picture: 0 -> 100% at the beginning of the composite, hold for a while, then 100% -> 0 at the end. Now, choose a luma file, and instead of fade, it "wipes." Therefore, do you think there should be a hint after the label "Luma Image File" that reads "(tracks opacity)"? -- +-DRD-+
