First of all, I'm sorry for writing here instead bug tracker, but I was
unable to register there. I got message
> APPLICATION ERROR #2701
> Session variable "captcha_key" not found.
after submitting registration form.
Well, the bug I wanted to report is that Messages.sh does not handle
files data/effects/*.xml because of wrong path specified. The attached
patch should fix this (I hope so, but I'm unfamiliar with KDE l10n
infrastructure, so I could make a mistake).
