Also quite important to set is the display aspect ratio. This has to be
reversed, ie: if landscape was 16/9, it now needs to be 9/16.
to summarize the solution, like Evert said to me (as private mail, by
error):
create a new profile, for example named "vertical" with resolution
1080x1920 and ratio 9x16
load the clip
load the effect rotate and shear, rotate X by -900
scale to original size, and center vertical and horizontal (pressing
small icons in effect window)
resize the preview windows to force it's update
render
