So I found a fix:
Create a profile and name it MJPEG Add this line: -vf scale=1024:-1 -q:v 3 -q:a 128k -vcodec mjpeg -acodec pcm_s16le Maybe a good alternative is to store it in an MKV instead of a MOV.
