Let's say you get mail with mp3 file attached. You can see mail body plus
attachment entry "file.mp3", when you click RMB on this entry you can save that
file.
But things change when the attached file is html file, or xml file or txt file.
KMail then shows also the content of the file. When you click RMB on the
content of that file you cannot save that attachment -- you can only save all
attachments. I see no point in such difference -- please add option to save
only that attachment file.
